While juicing is a huge craze in Hollywood, Chrissy won’t touch the stuff when she’s in diet mode. “Juices are killers. It’s all sugar!” Chrissy shares in the new issue of Life & Style. Instead, the quick-witted MTV Snack-Off judge goes for “greens, greens, greens!” she says. “I drink a ton of water. And I never go to bed too full.”
Chrissy Teigen Continues to Be Awesome by Expressing How Much She Hates Diets
Along with her generous servings of greens, Chrissy tells the mag she begins a semi-raw diet at least two weeks before an event, noshing mainly on salads and sashimi.
She also believes breakfast to be the most important meal of the day and would never dream of skipping it: “I have to have breakfast and breakfast has to be eggs!” Chrissy tells Life & Style.

“I make myself sane by writing down all the things I’ll eat after [the shoot],” Chrissy reveals in her interview. “I cut carbs and sugar and eat nothing white, [except cauliflower].”
