It’s only been two months since Meghan Markle gave birth to her first child, Archie, and already, it seems like she might be ready for her first red carpet appearance. The 37-year-old is expected to attend the London premiere of The Lion King on July 14, accompanied by her husband, Prince Harry, according to Us Weekly.

However, it is possible she can change her mind. A source told the outlet that the mom of one is planning to attend but “could very well decide to stay home with Archie last-minute.”

From the looks of it, Meghan rarely cancels her royal engagements, but since becoming a new mom, she’s been super attached to Archie, so who knows what to expect. During the parents’ first press interview shortly after their son was born, Meg couldn’t help but gush over her family. “It’s magic, it’s pretty amazing. I mean, I have the two best guys in the world, so I’m really happy,” the duchess said.

Since then, the former actress and her hubby, 34, have shared lots of milestones together, which all include their baby boy. For starters, they celebrated their first Mother’s and Father’s Day and most recently, they baptized Archie, which the couple announced on their official joint Instagram account.

“This morning, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s son, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor was christened in the Private Chapel at Windsor Castle at an intimate service officiated by the Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby,” read the caption of a sweet family photo from the event, which took place on July 6.

“The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are so happy to share the joy of this day with members of the public who have been incredibly supportive since the birth of their son,” the caption continued. “They thank you for your kindness in welcoming their first born and celebrating this special moment.” Fortunately, there’s more special moments to come!
