Ashley Benson and Her Rumored Boyfriend G-Eazy Spark Major Engagement Speculation
What is going on? Ashley Benson and her rumored boyfriend, G-Eazy, are sparking major speculation after the former Pretty Little Liars actress was photographed wearing a diamond ring.
Ashley and the “No Limit” rapper, 31, were spotted grocery shopping in Los Angeles, on Tuesday, August 19. While walking side by side in the parking lot, the Spring Breakers alum was visibly rocking some new hardware on her left hand.
Considering the couple has yet to confirm their romantic relationship, a secret proposal would definitely be shocking — especially given Ashley’s recent split from ex-girlfriend Cara Delevingne.
In May, Life & Style confirmed the California native and model’s breakup after nearly two years of dating. “They were having problems and the quarantine didn’t help,” a source revealed, referring to lockdown amid the coronavirus pandemic. “It pushed them to split.”
Just days later, a video of Ashley and G-Eazy (real name Gerald Earl Gillum) began to circulate on social media, leaving “Cashley” shippers infuriated. Thankfully, Cara took to Instagram in defense of her former flame.
“To everyone hating on [Ashley], please stop,” the Suicide Squad actress began. “You don’t know the truth. Only her and I do and that’s exactly how it should be.” Since then, Ashley and G-Eazy are seemingly inseparable.
The pair stepped out together on a number of occasions — including over Memorial Day weekend. Additionally, Ashley and G-Eazy held hands while running errands in June. Initially, the A-listers started hanging out to create music but according to Ashley’s sister, Shaylene, it turned into something more.
“It’s OK if you decide to heal through music and collaborate with other artists. If a spark happens, it’s not a crime when you’re single,” the 31-year-old wrote in a May 15 Instagram Story. “I mean, a lot of people meet through working together, and if there is a connection, great! Do what you want. It’s no one’s business.”
As it stands, Ashley and G-Eazy haven’t commented on the status of their relationship. In fact, they haven’t even gone Instagram official yet!
