Clive Davis‘ Pre-Grammy Gala on Saturday night wasn’t just a celebration of music, as it’s been revealed the star-filled audience had a moment of silence for Bobbi Kristina Brown, who is currently fighting for her life in the hospital.

During the middle of basketball legend Magic Johnson’s introduction of Clive, he reminded everyone of the record executive’s discovery of Whitney Houston. And that’s when he paused and asked everyone to send their thoughts and well wishes to the late singer’s 21-year-old daughter.

“If we can, let’s have 30 seconds of silence for (Whitney’s) daughter, who is in the hospital. We want to make sure she is OK and that she can recover from her accident,” Magic said, as the crowd quieted down. “Let’s clap for Bobbi and hope she’ll be OK.”

Taylor Swift and Miley Cyrus were among the many stars who honored the young woman.

As previously reported, Bobbi Kristina was placed into a medically induced coma after she was found unresponsive in a bathtub at her home in Roswell, Ga., last Saturday, Jan. 31.

The seemingly eerie setting is the same hotel Whitney was found drowned in a bathtub the night of Clive’s 2012 party.
