ICYMI: From heels to handbags, clear accessories are all the rage right now. Of course, considering Farrah is super fashionable, we aren’t surprised to see her staying ahead of the style curve.

Unsurprisingly, Farrah’s followers on Instagram are obsessed with this ensemble. “You are so pretty!” one fan commented. “You look absolutely beautiful,” added another along with several fire emojis.

Fire, indeed! And the best part is, Farrah isn’t shy about embracing her body. In fact, the former Teen Mom star is all about self-love these days.

Speaking exclusively with Life & Style at New York’s Hemp Garden for the launch of Mask, a CBD beauty mask, on April 25, Farrah dished on her latest fitness regime, as well as her newfound confidence.

“Boxing is always great, I am not going to lie, but I have been mixing [it] up,” she explained. “I have been doing Pilates. I have been doing just stretching — just pure stretching classes — nothing else,” the proud mama continued.

“There have been a lot of good new workouts. So, I am kind of like doing two-a-days, but [with] a different workout regimen,” Farrah added.

Well, that certainly explains why Farrah’s body looks off the charts incredible lately! Two-a-days are no joke.

While a lot of people only kick their workouts into high gear as warm weather approaches, Farrah gets her sweat on 24/7/365. “I always go HAM. It’s summer all year long for me,” she admitted.

“I love my body. Like, I am the healthiest I have ever been,” Farrah gushed, adding, “I am the happiest.”

“I am not so fit like I was last year. I am more feminine now. So, I have been enjoying it, I really have been,” Farrah noted.

Beyond just talking about her body, Farrah went on to offer advice on how to stay confident. After all, there’s nothing more attractive than high self-esteem. 

“I think our daily affirmations they really work,” she began. “Keep telling yourself good things!”

“Keep going higher and push yourself,” Farrah continued. “Today is the day to keep it moving and we have a lot of positive stuff in 2019.”
