Actress Afshan Azad, who describes herself as “That Indian girl who was in Harry Potter,” has gained a few more Instagram followers over the past couple of weeks because of her apparent likeness to reality star Kylie Jenner.
Ever since the brunette beauty starred as Padma Patil, Ron’s date to the Yule Ball, in the fourth Harry Potter film, she’s become more interested in fashion and makeup — and her full pout has drawn comparisons to the 19-year-old lip kit mogul.
But she doesn't seem pleased with the comments. “If one more person compares me to Kylie Jenner,” the 28-year-old recently wrote on Twitter, followed by knife, gun, and bomb emojis.

She also added, "So I've been told I apparently look like @KylieJenner @shaymitch @natkelley @ChristinaRicci to name a few!! Who are all your lookalikes?”
Although she doesn’t own her own cosmetics company, Afshan, who’s worked as a model, has done a few makeup tutorials on her Snapchat account. She also hinted that she isn’t against getting plastic surgery, writing, “Someone please give me Benedict Cumberbatch's cheekbones,” with a knife emoji.
After her role in the beloved Warner Bros. franchise, the actress made headlines in 2010 when her brother attacked her for dating a non-Muslim. Ashraf Azad was sentenced to six months in jail for punching her repeatedly and dragging her by the hair. She was allegedly called a “prostitute” and told to “marry a Muslim or you die.”
"[Afshan] struggled to breathe and was scared for her life," a prosecutor said during the court case.
Thankfully, Afshan appears to have moved on from the assault. Scroll through the gallery below to see photos from her Instagram!
