Ariana Grande’s Brother Frankie Hints at Singer’s Relationship With Mikey Foster: ‘We Had a Double Date’
Love is in the air! After weeks of speculation over Ariana Grande and Mikey Foster’s relationship, the songstress’ brother, Frankie, has hinted that the pair are more than just friends.“I love Mikey. I think he’s a really sweet guy,” the dancer, 36, told Life & Style and other reporters of his sister’s rumored beau.
“So talented. So kind and so caring. So, he’s a great guy. Yeah, I’m excited to go spend quality time with all of them, you know?” Frankie continued at the September 4th premiere of The Game Changers in L.A. “We had a double date night the other night. It was really fun.”
Considering Ariana seemingly hasn’t dated anyone since her highly publicized split from ex-fiancé Pete Davidson, it would be nice to hear that she’s finally saying “thank u, next” and moving on! That said, Frankie tweeted on Thursday, September 5, that his sister is “very much single.”
As it happens, though, Frankie’s comments on Ariana’s possible romance with the Social House musician, 32, come on the heels of Pete’s blossoming relationship with actress Margaret Qualley. “They’ve been seeing each other for a couple of months and Margaret is really excited about him,” an insider revealed to Us Weekly.
Prior to that, the Saturday Night Live star, 25, had a fling with Kate Beckinsale. Despite packing on the PDA every chance they got from March to April, things between Pete and the 46-year-old A-lister fizzled out pretty quickly.
“They rushed into the relationship and fell head over heels without thinking about the logistics,” a source told In Touch following their split. “It’s one of those whirlwind romances that moved too quickly.”
Here’s hoping Ariana and Mikey don’t meet the same fate! We wish them all the best — and seriously hope that they go Instagram official one of these days.
