Jesse Metcalfe and Cara Santana’s Romantic Wedding Plans Will Make You Swoon (EXCLUSIVE)
It's a wedding and vacation, all in one! Jesse Metcalfe, 38, told Life & Style exclusively about his super romantic plans for a destination ceremony with Cara Santana, 33, and it has us swooning! They know they want to haul their friends and family off to somewhere fantastic, but the big question is — where?
"We're still honing in on a venue," Jesse said. "We thought we had one, and then there were complications and we lost it." Luckily Jesse and Cara both have a great since of humor about the whole thing. "We're not sweating it," he explained. "We've been together over 11 years. We're enjoying the engagement, having so much fun… so it's all good!" Perhaps the fact that they're both so chill is why they've lasted so long. 11 years is a lifetime in Hollywood!
Though they still need to nail down a location, the duo has almost everything else planned to perfection. The nuptials will be held at "the end of August [or] early September [2018],"and the guest list is already finalized. "It's going to be small-to-medium-sized wedding," said Jesse.
Jesse finally proposed to Cara in 2016, after a decade together. There were actually reports of an engagement in 2014, but he popped the question for real two years later. So it's about dang time that they finally said their "I dos," and it's no wonder why they're taking their time to make sure everything is perfect.
