How can you be so heartless, Kim Kardashian?
Kanye West has been hard at work over the last three years renovating his Hidden Hills mansion for his family — but sources reveal exclusively to Life & Style that Kim is tired of waiting, and has her eye on the $200 million Spelling Manor.
There's just one big problem: Kanye can't afford it!
"Kanye thinks Kim has absolutely lost her mind,” says the insider. “He can barely afford the $20 million mansion and he thinks the Spelling house is just tacky.”

Since 2014, Kanye has redesigned the master bedroom five times in their currently under construction abode to make sure it is perfect for the KUWTK star, along with ditching the pools in favor of a pond. However, his pet project is draining the family and Kim wants an upgrade now.
"Kim is over living in their 9,000-square-foot home in Bel Air,” says the insider. “The yard is very small and doesn’t have a lot of room for the kids to play.”
The source explained that Kim envisions North, 4, and 19-month-old Saint, running around the Spelling estate, and adds, “Kim loves the idea of being Hollywood royalty.”

And what better place than the previous home of Aaron and Candy Spelling. The 123-room property boasts a tennis court and a bowling alley, along with being move-in ready.
The only problem is Kanye's current financial situation, which former friend JAY-Z rapped about recently on his new album, 4:44.
"But you got hurt because you did cool by 'Ye / You gave him 20 million without blinkin'," Jay rapped. "He gave you 20 minutes on stage, f--k was he thinkin'? / 'F--k wrong with everybody?' is what you sayin' / But if everybody's crazy, you're the one that's insane."
Kanye is also suing the rapper and his music streaming company Tidal, claiming he is owed over $3 million, which Tidal denies.
Looks like Kim is going to have to use her contour kit proceeds if she wants to move to Holmby Hills!
