ICYMI: Kate Hudson is one seriously hot mama. Just eight months after giving birth to her daughter, Rani Rose, the actress, 40, was spotted rocking an itsy-bitsy bikini on the Amalfi coast of Italy. Scroll through the gallery below to see the photos of Kate on her family vacation.
As much as we suspect Kate love’s showing off her killer post-baby body, the Fabletics founder is on vacation to celebrate Danny Fujikawa’s birthday. “This man has given me the most beautiful gifts life can give and the depth of gratitude I feel for the day he was born is beyond any measured spoken word or post,” Kate captioned the most darling photo of her beau and their baby girl on June 11.

“I believe that this gratitude exists and is present in our daughter’s joy and her magical spirit. Thank you Mama Fuj and Papa Fuj for raising this beautiful roller coaster ride of a special human,” she continued. “The ups and downs and sideways were all worth it. Happy Birthday, baby! I love you”

If that’s not the most beautiful birthday shout out you’ve ever seen, we don’t know what is! Speaking of beauty, we’ve gotta circle back to Kate’s stellar figure. After all, she’s been hitting the gym super hard for the past few months. So much so, that as of April, Kate revealed that she’s almost down to her goal weight.

“I’ve done it without stressing on food or working out like crazy. Although, I have been disciplined,” Kate captioned a mirror selfie at the time. Disciplined? Girl, you can say that again. Considering her last weight loss update was almost two months ago, we have no doubt that Kate has reached her goals.

If you’re interested in following in Kate’s fitness footsteps, then you’re in luck! The Almost Famous alum has discussed her go-to diet plenty of times. “It’s no dairy, wheat, meat, or sugar, and it’s gluten-free. And no wine and no beer — only vodka and tequila, straight up,” she explained.

Straight-up tequila, huh? Doesn’t sound like a bad way to live, if you ask us. “If I want to go out and eat at a restaurant with amazing food, I’ll do that,” she said — but she’ll try and “keep it light” beforehand. Kate’s normal day-to-day meals include lentil tacos, gluten-free pasta with veggies, steamed fish “in greaseproof paper,” almond milk-based butternut squash soup, and vegetable stir-fry over brown rice.

Kate does more than just eat right to maintain her figure. “If I’m not doing something active, I don’t feel good,” she said. Hmmm, that explains why she’s not just sunbathing on vacation. In conclusion: Anything this woman suggests is worth giving a try. She looks absolutely fantastic. We can’t wait to see more sizzling bikini snapshots of Kate all summer long.
