The social media queen has managed to slim down through a number of different methods after gaining weight during her pregnancies. After Saint’s birth, she followed the Atkins 40 plan, eating around 1,800 calories a day while participating in intense workouts. Instead of consuming carbs, she turned to fiber rich foods like quinoa, bucket wheat, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, zucchini, eggplant, and kale.

She typically started her day with high-fiber oatmeal and a protein source like turkey or egg whites. She also made sure to eat healthy fats such as avocado, nuts, and olive oil. Another trick: drinking grapefruit juice. A glass a day can help burn body fat, increase metabolism, and reduce appetite.
