It's a Dog Eat Dog WorldKylie Jenner Not ‘Vogue’ Material Like Sister Kendall Jenner (REPORT)
It’s hard out there for Kylie Jenner.
The 17-year-old has reportedly been denied a request to appear in the pages of Vogue, à la sisters Kendall Jenner and Kim Kardashian.

“Kylie told Kris to get her a spread in ‘Vogue’ because both Kim and Kendall have been featured in the magazine,” an insider told Radar Online.
“Kendall has appeared in three consecutive issues of ‘Vogue,’ and Kylie believes it’s now her turn. Even though she doesn’t have as much modeling experience as Kendall, she thinks ‘Vogue’ readers would love to read about her life.”

But apparently, editor-in-chief Anna Wintour doesn’t agree! “Kylie has been turned down. She was offered ‘Teen Vogue,’ but was less than thrilled with the offer, and is holding out for the real ‘Vogue,’” the insider claims.

The reality star has certainly tried her hand at modeling, including a gig at brother-in-law Kanye West’s New York Fashion Week show. Though it later alleged that she was only in the show because Kendall wasn’t available. Ouch.

While at NYFW, Kylie made sure she got to chat with Anna backstage.
“The ‘Vogue’ editor was extremely gracious to her, and wished Kylie good luck. But Kylie just isn’t on the same level of a model as Kendall is, and there is nothing wrong with that,” the source tells Radar.
“There should be no expectation that just because of her family connections to ‘Vogue,’ she will score a spot in the magazine.”
