Get it, mama! Lauren Burnham showed off her postpartum body just one week after giving birth to baby Alessi. The former Bachelor contestant welcomed her daughter with Arie Luyendyk Jr. on May 29, and they have been enjoying lots of time together as a family. The blonde beauty previously admitted that she’s eager to get back to the gym but, until then, her new bundle of joy is keeping her content.

“HELLO WORLD! Made my grand entrance [six] days ago and wow it’s bright out here,” the proud parents posted from their newborn’s Instagram account. Alessi already almost has 300,000 followers … not bad for a week out of the womb.

Lauren is known to be a workout junkie and admitted during an interview when she was seven months along that she was ready to get her “body back.” Considering she’s so active just one week postpartum, we think she’ll get there in no time.

So many things to take in…I finally met Mom and Dad, the whole family as well and my room is sooooo cute! Right now I sleep in Mom and Dad’s room and when I wake up in the middle of the night I catch Mom and Dad staring at me…I mean what are they looking at? Baby Luyendyk’s social media account documented Lauren’s growing bump each week. Although she’s given birth, they’re still planning on sharing weekly updates about their precious daughter’s life. “Dad can get my angles because when you’re this young, you never need the pretty filter … OK, everyone time for more milk, chat soon,” the post concluded.
