One week after she was accused of having too much plastic surgery by fans after an appearance at the Tony Awards, the 54-year-old actress is back on the red carpet and looking more like her old self.

Wearing a floor-length black gown with floral embellishments, the Sleepless in Seattle star gave off a more natural and relaxed look at the Shanghai Film Festival.
The blonde beauty has never admitted to going under the knife, but has been very vocal about the media’s focus on female beauty.

“There are more important conversations than how women look and how they are aging,” she told Porter magazine. “I love my age. I love my life right now. I love what I know about. I love the person I’ve become, the one I’ve evolved into.”
