The Georgia beauty shared the exciting news on her Instagram, wearing a crown, holding a peach, and putting her body on full display.
"It's been a long process but we've finally reached an agreement! All Hail the Queen for season 10 of #RHOA," she captioned the photo.
Life & Style previously reported that the network offered NeNe $2.5 million to return full-time for the upcoming season. “The suits at Bravo are willing to pay big money to get the best cast,” said the insider.
However, fans of the RHOA star are questioning whether or not she got even more plastic surgery.
One surgeon tells Page Six it looks like the reality star got a nose job. "NeNe appears to have undergone nasal reshaping," Dr. Matthew Schulman shares.
"She has likely had the hump removed and her nasal tip lifted and narrowed. This was probably accomplished by removing some bone and cartilage from her nose."

NeNe has been very vocal about her decision to go under the knife.
In 2010, the 48-year-old revealed she got a nose job, liposuction, a breast reduction, and a breast lift. She even admitted to undergoing another nose job for "medical reasons" last year.
"My cartilage was growing in my nose, and my tip was touching the top of my lip," she explained to Andy Cohen. "But I didn't get a full rhinoplasty the first time. No, when I did the first time, I only had my nostrils taken in on the side the very first time, and then this time, I had more cartilage moved around in my nose."
She continued, "I got a lot of comments about it too on my social media. People are constantly judging and picking people a part. It's absolutely horrible. So people don't even know what the purpose is. First of all, educate yourself and get the reason why. But I'm also the kind of girl that will give it to you straight. I got my nose done, first of all, because I can and I will and I will get it done again if I want to, OK?"
