Fourth time’s a charm for RHONJ star Jacqueline Laurita!
The reality star hasn't been shy about her plastic surgery procedures in the past, so she had no problem opening up about her fourth boob job. She decided to get another one after years of being unhappy with her previous set of silicone implants and the possible health hazards associated with them.
“I always had that fear in my head. I was always paranoid about popping the silicone whenever I put any pressure on my chest,” the 46-year-old told People magazine.

Oh happy day 🌞😁❤️ My exclusive @people article is out today! I’m talking boobs and why I made the personal decision to upgrade my old implants to the @idealimplant with #DrDavidRapaport __________________________________________ 👆🏼👆🏼Link in bio for the full article.👆🏼👆🏼 __________________________________________
Dr. David Rapaport performed the fourth breast augmentation, during which he changed out her silicone implants and replaced them with saline implants that give the feel of silicone but are much safer since saline can be absorbed into the body. The doctor also reduced her size to a C cup and removed some of Jacqueline’s own breast tissue for a more natural look.
Along with her four boob jobs, the mom-of-three has gotten work done on her upper eyelids and had a nose job, a neck lift, and a tummy tuck. She also gets regular Botox and fillers.
“I haven’t had a facelift yet, but I am considering a lower facelift,” she shared. “I would love to do my lower eyes. They take out the bags, puffiness, extra skin. I’ll never say I won’t do something because I used to be completely against plastic surgery when I was younger, then I got older and started falling apart.”
Her new look might just be what she needs to start the next chapter in her life. Earlier this month, Page Six reported that she won’t be returning to the hit Bravo series next season after the network refused to meet her salary requirements.
