‘Shark Tank’ Star Robert Herjavec’s Alleged Mistress Claims He Repeatedly Raped Her (REPORT)
Just hours after Shark Tank star Robert Herjavec filed a lawsuit against his alleged former mistress, Danielle Vasinova, claiming she tried to extort $20 million from him, she has fired back with a lawsuit of her own. Danielle claims the Dancing With the Stars alum raped and sodomized her repeatedly in 2015.
According to TMZ, Danielle alleges that Robert took her to a secret, underground sex club in LA and made her watch him engage in sexual conduct with other women before asking her to join. After she refused to participate, he reportedly “overpowered her, pinned her to a table, violently disrobed her, forcefully grabbed her face and jaw to hold her down and engaged in ‘injurious sexual intercourse and sodomy.'”
Life & Style previously reported that Robert’s ex-wife, Diane Plese, had teamed up with Danielle to amend the financial settlement attached to their divorce. In a letter exclusively obtained by Life & Style and dated Sept. 8, 2015, Danielle wrote to Diane to say that Robert, whose net worth is reportedly around $200 million, had his company valued at half of what it’s actually worth to keep Diane from getting what she was owed.
“Robert bragged about the fact that he had gotten a ‘false appraisal’ for his business at $50,000,000, when in fact he told me it was worth at least twice this amount,” Danielle said in the note. “He was very smug about this and I feel I have to tell you because I can only imagine how I would feel if this happened to me.”
She goes on to say, “This was all in order to avoid paying you what you were rightfully owed in your divorce settlement. I hope this bit of information helps you and your children get what is rightfully yours.” The letter had explosive consequences. The exes were supposed to divide their assets equally, so Diane, who currently receives $167,000 a month in spousal and child support, now believes she deserves more money. In an affidavit, Robert vehemently denied Danielle’s allegations, and actually claimed that Diane owes him money.

In another official affidavit, Diane stated that she believes Danielle’s accusations to be true. It also revealed that Danielle will be taking the stand to testify against Robert. When Life & Style asked Robert, 55, about his divorce in March 2015, he downplayed any drama. “It was a long time ago,” he said. “It was like 10 months ago.” He is now married to former DWTS pro Kym Johnson.
