Surprise! Ryan Seacrest has found himself another young, blonde girlfriend — but she’s a tad different from his exes.
Turns out, the pretty woman he was spotted with last weekend is a model named Renée Hall, who also happens to be a single mom with an eight-year-old son!

According to ‘TMZ,’ the duo met at the ‘American Idol’ host’s 40th birthday party a few weeks ago, where they were introduced by the Marciano brothers of Guess clothing.
Renée has more than 9,000 followers on Instagram where she posts both modeling shots and adorable pics of her son, Zachary.

Given Ryan’s previous two girlfriends, it’s clear the producer has a type. He was most recently linked to Shayna Terese Taylor, also a model, and dated actress Julianne Hough for nearly three years.
