While Scott Disick and his longtime girlfriend, Sofia Richie, aren’t exactly known for being the most lovey-dovey couple in Hollywood, every so often we get a glimpse into their sweet relationship. On Sunday, March 10, the KUWTK star, 35, took to Instagram to leave the 20-year-old model three heart emojis on a recent selfie with her friend Diane. D’aw, Scott, you really are just a big softy, aren’t you?
Unfortunately, some fans took Sofia’s fire BFF selfie as an opportunity to hate on her courtship with The Lord. *Yawn.* When will these haters get over it? If Scott’s baby mama, Kourtney Kardashian, can embrace them as a couple, why can’t the general public?
“Leave Scott alone and face your future,” one desperate troll wrote. To our surprise (and delight), Sofia actually responded with an epic clapback. “Leave me alone and face your future.” Hell yeah! You tell ‘em, girl.
In addition to the blonde beauty setting the internet straight, she spent the rest of her weekend hanging out with Scott, Kourtney, 34, and the pair’s kiddos Mason, 8, and Penelope, 6. TBH, we have no idea where little Reign, 3, was, but we missed seeing his gorgeous locks, nonetheless.
As public as Scott and Sofia have been recently, we don’t recommend getting too used to it. Sigh. Speaking in a recent interview, Sofia made it clear that she likes to keep her personal life out of the spotlight as much as possible. “I think a lot of people think they have to prove their relationships through social media and I’m just happy being private about my relationship,” she revealed. “It’s not like I won’t post pictures about it, but I like having my little private life.”
Makes sense! If you got as much hate as Sofia does every time she posts a picture with her boo, you’d be cautious, too.
