On Monday, June 10, the actress attended the film’s premiere at MoMa in New York City. She wore a cleavage-baring little black dress and rocked a natural look on the face. When she isn’t at events, she’s keeping herself busy behind the scenes. Selena recently revealed her upcoming album is completed, which she confirmed during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. “I’m just relieved,” she began telling the host, 44. “It took me four years now to even feel at a good place with this album, and it’s just because I had such huge moments that happened in my life personally that … how was I going to capture that and how was I actually going to feel about what I was saying?”

She also revealed what her sound will be like. “I think there’s always going to be a sense of strong pop in my music, but I definitely explored more with electric guitar— a lot of more soulful tracks underneath things,” she added. “It all kind of hits different places that I feel like is my lane for music.”

Sel always makes sure her fans feel important. She told Jimmy that she prefers making music that is directed toward them. “I love everything that I get to do and be a part of, but specifically, something that connects with people on an emotional level is my favorite.” We totally get it, girl!
