Sofia Richie Is All Smiles in a Bikini Following Scott Disick Split: ‘Yesterday Was a Girl’s Dream’
Unbothered queen, table for one! Sofia Richie shared some seriously sexy bikini photos following her split from on-again, off-again boyfriend Scott Disick. “Yesterday was a girl’s dream,” the up-and-coming actress, 22, captioned the steamy snapshots of herself yachting in a checkered lime green swimsuit.
Clearly, Sofia is having the time of her life while celebrating her birthday with friends and family in paradise. The model, who is never one to post a ton on social media, hasn’t stopped uploading fun-filled Instagram Stories since reaching her gorgeous destination. Hmm … perhaps she’s trying to send a message?
While Scott, 37, and Sofia dated for nearly three years, the past few months have by far been their rockiest. In late April, the longtime Keeping Up With the Kardashians star checked himself into a Colorado rehab facility. After less than a week in treatment, Scott returned to Los Angeles. By the end of May, Life & Style confirmed the pair’s first breakup of the summer.
Fast forward to the 4th of July, and Scott and Sofia were spotted reconciling over lunch at Nobu Malibu. Afterward, the A-listers walked side-by-side on the beach. “They’re giving love another shot,” a source told Life & Style at the time. “They’re keeping it on the down-low and are still figuring things out before making it official.”
Sadly, their reunion was short-lived. As of August 19, “Scott and Sofia are spending time apart,” an insider told Us Weekly. “She is making it a point to do her own thing.” Meanwhile, the Talentless founder is “leaning on” ex Kourtney Kardashian “more and more,” a separate source revealed to Life & Style. “Their dynamic is that she likes to care for him and he depends on her for support.”
According to the insider, Scott and Sofia “were never cut out for the long term” because “he has too much baggage and has trouble opening up to anyone besides Kourtney.” In addition to dating for nine years, the Flip It Like Disick producer and Poosh.com founder, 41, share children, Mason, Penelope and Reign.
Now that Sofia is single and thriving, is it time for #Skourtney to rekindle their romance? Only time will tell!
