The Kardashians are blessed with amazing bodies, but the famous family also puts in a lot of work at the gym. Don-A-Matrix — who is their trainer — sat down with Life & Style to give you all the tips and tricks you need to know to look fit in no time.

“I think one of the biggest things I do with them — especially because of the time restraint — normally people will go to the gym and do a segment of cardiovascular exercises, and then they will do a segment of resistant training,” he said while promoting BODYARMOR in New York City on June 25. “So, what I did with them was I added the two together and do a lot of multi-functional movements with them. We burn fat to lose weight, but we are also burning the calories that happened to lean out the body.”

Don trains Kourtney Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Kris Jenner and even Kanye West. So, what is the go-to move that he always makes them do? “The biceps curls along with the jumping jack movement on the legs.” The California transplant explained that that move works out the lower body, the glutes, the abductors and the arms.

OK, so we know what you’re all thinking — how do they maintain that amazing butt of theirs? “We do more a fuller body workout with the lunges and the squat along with the biceps and triceps,” he admitted. “We put all of those moves together.” Don added another move that he incorporates into their gym session. “It’s kind of like a quarter turn squat — quarter turn left, stand in the middle, quarter turn right right,” he said. “It’s cardiovascular driven, but it also works the gluteus maximus, and they love working the glute, so it’s good.”

Kim, Kourtney, and Khloé work out together a lot, if their schedule permits. However, the fitness guru said that he actually likes training them all at the same time. “It’s actually easier when I am working out with all three at the same because now the motivation comes from each other,” he said. “I don’t have to give it. They kind of feed off each other, so it’s actually easier because they will get on each other about someone’s lagging, and I just can kind of sit back. In my head, I am like, ‘Thank you for that.’ I don’t have to do it all.”

Don revealed the sisters aren’t afraid to tell each other what they really think. “Away from the camera, they really go in on each other,” he confessed. “They really are just sisters pushing each other to get better. Yeah, it’s like your brother or your sister who is always on you. They love, but they may say some things to motivate you that you might not like, but the love is still there.”

Of course, no workout would be complete without Don’s drink of choice — BODYARMOR. “It was a way better drink than a Powerade or Gatorade because of what was in it,” he said. “Then, when they made the BODYARMOR LYTE, which only has 20 calories, 3 grams of sugar, I was like, ‘Yo, this is amazing.’”
