Through thick and thin! Former Bachelorette contestant Tyler Cameron rallied to support Hannah Brown after a “defeating” week on Dancing With the Stars. The reality babe wrote a long message to fans after receiving criticism from the judges that she was “disconnected” from her performances. Bachelor Nation responded with an outpouring of support — including kind words from her hunky ex.

“Fall down [seven] times, get up [eight]! You got this, HB,” the Florida native commented on her October 29 Instagram post. “Be where your feet are and enjoy the ride. You’re doing amazing.”

The 26-year-old has been a big fan of Hannah’s throughout the season and continues to cheer her on week after week. “So far what I’ve seen, they’ve been killing it. They look like they have great chemistry and they’re having a lot of fun together,” he exclusively dished to Life & Style at the Grand Opening of The Guitar Hotel at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood in Florida on October 24. “I’m rooting for them.”

Tyler wasn’t the only Bachelor alum to chime in with words of encouragement for the Alabama beauty, 25. “I will always love you through it all … so proud of you,” Demi Burnett added. Nicole Lopez-Alvar echoed, “Making us proud,” and Katie Morton gushed, “Keep being unapologetically you.” Heather Martin wrote, “I love you so much always.”

Elyse Dehlbom, a fellow contestant from Colton Underwood‘s season, shared the sweetest message and wrote: “You have not fallen flat! Give yourself some grace, you have been working hard and that can be seen every week. Look where you were a year ago and acknowledge the growth and strength it’s taken just to get to this point, to put yourself out there again and again!”

After a tough week during the Halloween-themed DWTS episode on October 28, the former beauty queen got very candid on social media. “I came into this experience a little broken and confused — more than I’ve shared. Everyday [sic] has brought its challenges with my past, my fears and the uncomfortableness of opening myself up again to be judged on something VERY scary like learning a new skill to perform each week,” she captioned a photo of her and partner Alan Bersten. “Last night was really defeating for me and a lot of suppressed emotions started to surface from this amazing but grueling experience.”

The reality babe promised that she’s ready for a reset. “It’s true there is a disconnect … I KNOW I have a lot more I can give. I want to be able to feel free and confident to dance with my whole heart. I’m working on getting there,” she continued.

We’re rooting for you, Hannah!
