YouTuber and fitness model Ashley Nocera has racked up a large following on social media, and part of that is due to her insane physique and amazing style. But Ashley also owes a lot of her success to the various challenges she posts on her profile. Most recently, the New York-based beauty shared a video of herself doing a booty flip cup challenge! That’s right, Ash used her bottom to balance, flip, and catch a red solo cup — and we are honestly still mesmerized.
“Tag a friend to try this The Booty Flip Cup is back,” she wrote to her half a million followers. “Putting all these booty workouts to good use LOL.” And clearly, people took notice. The clip garnered almost 1,500 comments in less than 24 hours! “Trying so hard to do this but I don’t have a big enough booty to catch it,” one fan wrote with crying emojis. Another called Ashley “gorgeous and talented.”
Some of her other antics include swimming in an ice-cold ocean while it’s snowing and doing full workouts in a sumo wrestler suit. We guess it’s those crazy stunts that have also earned her almost a quarter of a million subscribers on YouTube. But, her passion for health and exercise is what brought the World Beauty Fitness & Fashion Inc. pro to social media in the first place.
In an interview with Simply Shredded, Ashley opened up about her journey. “I was always active as a child,” she said. “I started swimming at the age of four and eventually swam competitively for over 10 years, but I never focused on my diet. I ate anything and everything. At that time, I did not have the proper knowledge of eating to fuel my body.”
These days, she knows a healthy diet is key to a healthy lifestyle. She even shares her meal prep tips online. “When I gave up swimming competitively, I was no longer physically active and was not happy with what I looked like in the mirror,” she said. “I always admired the beautiful women in the fitness magazines, and I wanted to achieve that ‘look.’ I knew I had to make some changes, so I purchased my very first gym membership and began my fitness transformation.” Well, you are def #FitnessGoals, Ashley!
