Throwback!See A Complete Guide To The Highs And Lows Of Lindsay Lohan’s Film Career
After going a bit under the radar (well, as under the radar as she ever gets), Lindsay Lohan is very much back in the news thanks to her new MTV reality series, Lindsay Lohan’s Beach Club. In many ways, this seems like the next logical step for her career, with her cache as a film star pretty much lower than it’s ever been (her next effort is a low-budget film in which she’s a private investigator who also happens to be a werewolf).
Speaking of acting, Lindsay, 32, has actually been in front of the cameras since she was 3 years old, working as a commercial model for a number of brands. At the age of 10, she began appearing on the soap opera Another World, where she stayed for a year before going off to shoot Disney’s remake of The Parent Trap, which hit theaters in 1998.
Unexpectedly overwhelmed by that film’s success, she decided to keep things more low-key by next starring in a pair of TV movies, Life-Size and Get a Clue. But in 2003, she was back to the big screen with Freaky Friday and has kept most of her acting efforts there (though a couple of flicks she made ended up going to television instead of theaters).
Scroll down to relive the highs and lows of Lindsay’s movie career!
