Ashanti Proved That Nipples Make the Best Accessory on the Grammys Red Carpet
Talk about bold! Ashanti totally owned the Grammy Awards red carpet on Jan. 28. The “Foolish” singer showed up in an absolute showstopper of a dress, but all fans seemed to notice was her nipples peeking through the sheer gown!
The 37-year-old recording artist was described by fans as a “queen,” “first lady,” and “the baddest of them all,” in the gold turtleneck dress. With a huge skirt, long sleeves, and an ankle-length hem, the dress would have been very conservative if not for the fact that the skin-tight bodice was entirely sheer, and she definitely decided to leave her bra behind for the evening. It totally put her nipples on full display!
Some didn’t even notice the kinda-sorta nip-slip, like one fan that wrote, “Ashanti looks like a Disney princess! Gorgeous!” However, it was the only thing others could see (and can you really blame them?) “So no one was going to tell Ashanti her boobs are showing?” wrote a confused Twitter user. “? Ashanti don’t have a bra on,” said another. Come on guys, focus!
We have to admit, we thought the look was fearless and H-O-T! Not just anybody could rock a look this revealing while still looking classy and cool. Not only was the dress amazing, but her hair and makeup were on-point. Her sleek black bob was chic and elegant, while her natural makeup was the perfect look for any occasion with a subtle nude lip and miles of gorgeous lashes. Don’t let the haters keep you down girl, keep doing you!
