"Bit more than a month ago my husband and I separated," Brad wrote. "I was contacted by a writer for a website who somehow found out, so rather than let them break it, I’m telling you myself. It’s nobody’s business and I don’t want to discuss, but that’s what’s up." The Project Runway winner's rep also confirmed the separation to Us Weekly, saying, "They’re separated. They were together for 11 years, love each other very much and request privacy at this time."
The couple announced their engagement — with gold Saint Laurent engagement bracelets — in 2013 but called it off in 2015. However, they reconciled and tied the knot in a star-studded wedding just one year later. Christian, 32, and Brad, 36, tied the knot at their summer home in Connecticut wearing matching all-black suits while guests, including Danielle Brooks and Kelly Osbourne, were encouraged to wear white.
"We wanted to have the wedding at our vacation house in Connecticut because it's got plenty of serene outdoor space and it's our favorite sanctuary away from the noise of the city," the couple told Brides at the time. "Many of our friends and family members have been to the house as guests so it's a comfortable place for everyone to have a good time."

Christian made a name for himself in the fashion industry after winning Season 4 of the reality designing competition. Since taking home the title, he is known for dressing women of all shapes and sizes on the red carpet. "I grew up with a mom who is a size 16, and a sister who is a size 0, so I never thought that wasn’t normal – I just assumed you had to dress everybody," he told The Guardian. Brad was also an integral part of Christian's fashion line — often creating the music for his fashion shows.
