Our girl Britney Spears has been in the spotlight for a long time — and that life sometimes comes with wanting to be as perfect as possible. The 37-year-old has been followed by plastic surgery rumors throughout her career, so we decided to see if there was any truth to the whisperings. Life & Style spoke exclusively with Norman M. Rowe, MD., board-certified plastic surgeon with Rowe Plastic Surgery, to get his expert opinion on what Brit may have done to her face over the years.

“In my [professional] opinion, I believe she has had filler injected into her cheeks and Botox into her brow since her cheeks seem fuller and her brows are raised,” the seasoned doc, who has not treated Britney, told Life & Style.

“With her career still in full swing, she probably wants to improve her appearance in her Instagram photos,” he continued. “Both of those injectables can help with giving her a more youthful look – the only risk is overdoing it!”

We don’t exactly think the singer has gone too far, but we do think she’s in the perfect spot right now with whatever she’s had done. She’s looking great and we hope she keeps it up.

Brit’s never been too far from surgery rumors, though — 20 years in the industry is bound to do that to you. Back in July 2017, she took to Instagram to show off part of her workout routine and fans quickly jumped to comment on her breast size, questioning a possible enhancement.

But no matter what she’s had done, she’s dedicated to taking care of herself and being her best, which includes getting her fitness on. “I start with 20 minutes of intense cardio — usually running,” she previously told Women’s Health for a cover story in 2014. “Move on to light free weights, body-weight exercises such as pushups, squats, and situps, then finish it off with a stretch.”
