Hilary Duff Enjoys Adorable Mommy and Me Lunch Date With Daughter Banks
Mommy-daughter date! Hilary Duff took her baby daughter, Banks Violet Bair, out to lunch in Los Angeles on August 29, and she’s definitely her mini-me. Walking Dead actress Alanna Masterson also joined the duo for a relaxing day out.
The 31-year-old former Disney kid looked hip and casual in jeans that flaunted her gorgeous curves, a billowy blue and white blouse and white pumps. She paired the look with dainty gold necklaces, matching hoops, and (of course) her gorgeous wedding ring from husband Matthew Koma. Alanna, 31, had the same vibe in jeans, Converse high-top sneakers and a colorful tank top. As for 10-month-old Banks, she was absolutely precious in a colorful onesie and shoes that featured little pineapples on them. OMG, our hearts just burst over her cuteness.
It’s great to see that the Younger actress is enjoying time with a pal and her youngest child — she also shares 7-year-old Luca Cruz Comrie with ex-husband Mike Comrie. She revealed to fans that she’s been spending a lot of energy toward her fitness goals, and she recently lost all her baby weight in just 10 months.
“I have been working really hard to get back to my pre-baby body before Banksy turned a year! It was my goal … and I did it!” the blonde beauty confessed in an August 28 Instagram post that showed her toned physique in a sports bra and workout pants. “I have been working closely with Erik @theflexiable.dieting.coach (whom I confess all my sins to lol) and training hard @novobodyofficial and getting all my back! You guys have kept me focused and made it fun! It would be without these guys and my home chef @matthewkoma. Thanks, boys.”
The Lizzie McGuire star gave birth to Banks in October 2018 and was very open with her determination to lose the weight she put on during pregnancy. By December, she was already seeing results and posted a proud selfie to prove it. “We two months in, sister. Been a lot of sleepless nights and you sure do scream a lot. But you are worth every moment my little strugglebunny,” she captioned a mirror body photo in which she displayed her flat tummy and carried Banks.
It’s no secret that Hilary is a natural when it comes to motherhood. Her Younger costar Molly Bernard thinks she’s downright “inspiring” to watch. “She will be in the middle of her infant, Banks, having a crisis and Luca, her son, just wanting to chill or play or take a lap around the house, and she’ll take Banks on a lap around the house running,” the actress exclusively told Life & Style on June 10. “She makes no compromises and demands that she’s really present for her kids. It’s really inspiring.”
