Kaitlyn Bristowe Supports ‘Bachelorette’ Hannah Brown After Admitting She Had Sex on the Show
Love from Bachelor Nation! Former Bachelorette star Kaitlyn Bristowe offered her support after Hannah Brown received backlash for having sex with a contestant on the show. Teasers for upcoming episodes show the Alabama beauty confessing to getting intimate with one of the guys (twice) and Kaitlyn is here to say that it’s completely the starlet’s choice.
A fan tweeted to Kaitlyn, 34, on July 2 and asked, “Have you looked at Hannah’s social media and [The] Bachelorette‘s social media? Women are coming after her and slut-shaming her like they did to you. It’s so upsetting to see.”

The podcast host was equally confused by the hate and defended Hannah. “Women can have sex if they choose, and women can wait [until] marriage if they choose. Point is, ITS THEIR CHOICE,” she responded. “When you’re making a life-altering decision to find a life partner, intimacy can be important. Why is that so hard to understand? #TheBachelorette.”
Things will get heated on the ABC reality show in the next few weeks. After the July 1 episode, the promo shows Luke P. and Hannah sitting together on a date. “So, let’s talk about sex, and let’s say you have had sex with one or multiple of these guys,” he said. “I’d completely remove myself from this relationship.”
Things escalated quickly and Hannah seems to have enough of his judgment. “My husband would never say what you’ve said to me,” she snapped back at him. “I have had sex. And honestly, Jesus still loves me. From obviously how you feel, me f—king in a windmill, you probably wanna leave.”
Later in the preview, Hannah confessed again, “I f—ked in a windmill. And guess what? We did it a second time!” Luke has been a controversial contestant all season and it looks like the drama will come to a head very soon.
In the meantime, it’s great to see fellow Bachelorette stars supporting each other.
