Mama’s little helper! Khloé Kardashian took to her Instagram Story to show fans exactly how she started her morning on Thursday, August 1, and it consisted of a mini workout with the help of her daughter, True Thompson.
In the clip, the 35-year-old was lying in bed as she carried her 15-month-old, who rested on her lower legs. Koko then motioned her legs up and down, lifting her baby girl. “My workout this morning,” she wrote on the Insta Story. Based on True’s facial expression she was loving the fun activity. The little one couldn’t help but laugh and smile throughout the whole ~workout. ~
We’re not surprised to see the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star incorporate exercise while she’s spending time with True. Besides being all about her daughter, the Good American founder is also all about fitness these days, and that didn’t change once her daughter was born in April 2018.
“The first day I was mentally so prepared,” the reality starlet said about returning to the gym during a panel discussion just four months after welcoming her daughter. “I was so excited because working out for me it is more about mental health. It is not necessarily [about] how I look. Yeah, that is a byproduct. You look good. But for me it is [for] my sanity and I was so stoked.”
Clearly, that mentality runs in the family. All her famous sisters, including Kourtney Kardashian, have gotten candid about the importance of their health. It’s no secret the oldest Kar-Jenner sister is a fitness junkie. But besides hitting the gym, Kourt is known for eating super healthy.
In June, the 40-year-old took to her blog, Poosh, to spill her tips and secrets on her Keto diet. “My plan this time is to eat minimal carbs and no grains, beans, or legumes. I’m focusing my meals on fresh vegetables and lean proteins. I eat three meals a day with no snacking in between if possible,” she wrote. It’s obviously working because she looks amazing!
