This over-the-top gown is from Muglar’s Spring/Summer ’98 collection. Kim actually revealed on Instagram that she’s had the dress for a while, but was waiting for the perfect occasion to wear it.

“Don’t we look like we’re going to prom?” Kim asked her hairdresser, to which he responded by saying they’re having their own Oscars. TBH, we agree with Chris because we doubt they make prom gowns like this.
