Considering the way season 9 started — absolutely full of drama — it makes total sense that these ladies would latch onto each other in the aftermath. Kyle, 50, and Dorit, 42, were all smiles and we bet it’s because they’re keeping it drama-free.
If you’ve been watching since the season premiere on February 12, you saw LVP, 58, blow up on Kyle for something that has yet to be fully explained on the show — undoubtedly, the exact source of their ongoing feud will be the big secret for most of the season.
Yes, you heard us: ongoing feud. Kylie confirmed she and LVP are still not speaking while making an appearance on Andy Cohen‘s talk show, Watch What Happens Live, just after the season 9 premiere. Kyle even told Life & Style exclusively that she was hoping to reconcile with her at the premiere party, but the English entrepreneur dipped out early.
If you’ve been watching the Bravo TV hit, you’ve also seen the beginnings of what appears to be a long and drawn out fight between LVP and Dorit over the fact that a dog Dorit adopted from Vanderpump Dogs ended up in a kill shelter without Lisa’s knowledge. Doesn’t seem like a way to get a Vanderpump on your good side, does it?
RHOBH firecracker Lisa Rinna was also in attendance for the cute night out and again, if you’ve been watching like we know you have, you probably were as shocked and excited as we were to see Rinna stirring the pot amid all the dog drama.
Since LVP had attempted to put the whole thing to bed a few times, Rinna revealed her personal revelation that the Vanderpump Dogs employees who had continuously brought up the situation with Kyle and costar Teddi Mellencamp were doing so at LVP’s instruction.
“Why would they do that to you guys?” she asked, to which Kyle told her, “They wanted us to know.”
“Why?” Rinna asked a second time. “You have to see what part you’re playing in this because [Kyle has] had some stuff with Dorit, and so have you [Teddi]. And they gave you that piece of information because [Lisa] doesn’t want to take responsibility for it.”
“She’s doling it out so she can go, ‘Oh, dear! I don’t know what’s happening. I don’t wanna talk about it. I don’t wanna talk about it,'” Rinna explained. “She just set you all up.” TBH, knowing Lisa Vanderpump like we do, we feel like Rinna may have read her like a book on this one.
Plus, it seems like Rinna’s gripes with LVP have also continued past season 9’s end. She recently got candid on the Jenny McCarthy Show about feeling that LVP gets special treatment with the network. “I understand that everyone’s grieving process is different and our hearts have gone out to her and we feel so deeply for Lisa Vanderpump,” she said of LVP’s decision to take a pause in filming after her brother’s untimely death. “But to not show up for work and not contact any of us for two and a half months? I’m so disappointed in that behavior.”
