Miley Cyrus Tones Down Her Look — and We Hardly Recognize Her!
When Miley Cyrus stepped out in NYC yesterday, we wouldn’t have recognized the star if not for her sparkly, bright pink suit!
The 23-year-old’s hair and makeup were decidedly toned down from what we’re used to seeing, making her look (dare we say) normal.

Ditching the clip-in dreadlock ponytail she’s been rocking as of late, the “Wrecking Ball” singer wore subtle makeup and her shoulder-length locks in soft waves at ONE and (RED)’s ‘It Always Seems Impossible Until It Is Done’ event.

But, as we should have predicted, Miley had a surprise in store when she turned to her right! The Grammy nominee had a little patch of glitter coating one section of her head — proving that you can’t take the party out of the girl!
