The 67-year-old posted a photo to the social media platform on Tuesday showing off a few of her Christmas decorations, but all fans could comment on was the transgender advocate's remarkably smooth skin.

Unsurprisingly, a few followers questioned whether the gold medalist had undergone more plastic surgery on her face. "This is so crazy to see. Not bad crazy. Just looking at you then and now… It's remarkable really," one person wrote of the reality star's transformation.
