Yas, he looks so good! Fans have been worried about Rob Kardashian after he shared a brutally honest tweet about himself last month where he admitted that he missed himself. Part of the reason why Rob has been out of the spotlight is because he is embarrassed since he gained a lot of weight over the years, but he made a rare appearance on social media on his birthday on Saturday, March 17 — and fans definitely noticed that he’s lost weight and slimmed down a lot!

His sister Kim Kardashian shared the photo of Rob with his daughter Dream on her Instagram story, and it looks like Rob had been putting in some work in the gym thanks to his fitness enthusiast sister Khloé Kardashian. Even though she is currently pregnant and expecting her first child, she’s been dedicated to helping her little brother lose weight over the past few months.

“Khloé [Kardashian] is making it her mission to get Rob healthy again,” an insider told Hollywood Life. “She has a couple of months left before her baby arrives and her big priority is getting Rob back on track.”

“He’s grateful for her help and so far seems very motivated. He says he wants to get back to being himself again, he misses life,” the insider continued. “Rob’s actually making some progress, he hasn’t lost a ton of weight yet but he’s down about 15 pounds so it’s a good start. Khloé has challenged him to drop another 20 pounds by the time she has her baby, that’s the goal.”

“You have to admire how selfless Khloé is,” the source said. “Here she is, about to have her first baby and she’s still worried about taking care of her brother. She really does have the biggest heart.”

Before Khloé got pregnant, she was helping Rob by inviting him to join herself and her NBA star boyfriend Tristan Thompson at their workouts, and it looks like she isn’t letting her own pregnancy stop her from hitting the gym. She even took to Twitter to slam her haters who criticized her for choosing to workout throughout her pregnancy. “For the ones who think they are physicians all of a sudden but MY doctor and I communicate and my workouts are cleared and highly recommended,” she tweeted. “Thanks, kiddos! Don’t make me stop sharing s–t.”
