Selena Gomez Shaved off Part of Her Head Amid Justin Bieber Split — See the Photos
New hair, don’t care! Selena Gomez is doing whatever she can to forget about her ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber — and that includes getting a new haircut, of course. The “Wolves” singer took to Instagram on April 23 to share photos of her new look, but fans were shocked to find out that Selena actually shaved her head! This isn’t the first time the 25-year-old has made a dramatic hair transformation. In November 2017, Selena debuted a platinum, short, messy lob on the American Music Awards red carpet. After she revealed her new ‘do, many fans admitted they were inspired to go blonde themselves.
“OK, was thinking about going blonde for the longest time, but Selena has convinced me!” one user commented. “TBH, I was always scared of going blonde, but Selena Gomez is really making me wanna do it,” another one said.
It looks like fans have mixed feelings about her latest cut, though. “What did u doooo nooooooooo!!!!!” one follower wrote about Selena’s shaved head. “OMG!! I love it!” another commented.
Justin has yet to say anything about his ex’s new hair, but fans are waiting for the “What Do You Mean?” singer to share his opinion on social media. Just the other day, Justin low-key dissed Selena on Instagram when he admitted that she wasn’t his first love.
“Drums will always be my first love,” the 24-year-old captioned a shirtless video of himself playing the drums. Fans immediately dragged Selena into it. “Sorry @selenagomez you are not his first love,” one person joked. “What about Selena?” another asked.
Jelena’s relationship has been on the rocks for a while now. The pair first rekindled their love at the end of 2017 when they grabbed breakfast together just days before Selena split from The Weeknd. Since then, Justin and Selena have traveled the world together and even packed on the PDA at Justin’s dad’s wedding in Jamaica.
However, reports recently surfaced that the two were taking a break, and Justin was spotted partying with a blue-eyed beauty named Baskin Champion. It’s unclear where Justin and Selena will go from here, but we hope the two are happy — even if that means being apart, for now.
