Oops! Sofia Richie and Anastasia Karanikolaou Broke a Champagne Flute at Lunch: ‘Can’t Take Us Anywhere’
Turns out, being young, beautiful and filthy rich doesn’t necessarily mean that you have solid eye-hand coordination! Case in point, Sofia Richie and Kylie Jenner’s bestie Anastasia Karanikolaou — a.k.a Stassiebaby — *somehow* managed to break a champagne flute while dining with the rest of their girl squad on Sunday, August 18.
“Can’t take us anywhere,” Kylie’s longtime assistant, Victoria Villarroel, captioned an Instagram photo series of herself, Sofia, 20, Stassie, 22, and Yris Palmer out to lunch. At first glance, everything looked normal … until swiping to the second snapshot, that is. Basically, there was shattered glass and remnants of a Bellini all over the nice tablecloth. Side note: We respect the cocktail choice, ladies.
OK, circling back! To be fair, the picture makes it look like Victoria, 27, and Stassie were primarily responsible for the damage. However, because these ~influencers~ tend to rock the same manicures — ahem, claw-like fingernails painted a pastel shade — it’s really anybody’s guess.
Of course, we’re not passing any judgement. After all, would it really be a fun time with friends without a little chaos? The answer is no, by the way. As it happens, plenty of Victoria’s followers agree with us. “This is way too relatable! Literally happened to me and my friends last week,” one user commented. “This is so me and my group … it’s not even funny!” added another.
“Totally relatable! Y’all are such babes,” a third user chimed in, while a fourth echoed, “Did you break the glass from dancing on the table?! Stay slaying, queens.” Now that we think about, it’s totally possible that this accident resulted from table dancing. We mean, come on, did you see how these girls got down during Kylie’s epic birthday trip to the Mediterranean?
