We *Finally* Know What Jordyn Woods’ New Tattoo Says and Y’all, It’s Pretty Inspiring
No tea, no shade, but Jordyn Woods has had quite the post-Kardashian glow-up. From her style to her hair and everything in between, the 21-year-old model seems to truly be embracing the skin she’s in. The most recent addition to Jordy’s transformation, you ask? Well, it’s pretty badass. The newly minted actress got a fresh tattoo inked from her elbow to her wrist!
When Jordyn first debuted her arm tat on August 6, it was nearly impossible to make out what the cursive letters read. However, after attending an event on August 10, we finally know what quote she opted for: “What’s meant for me will never miss me.” For starters, the execution of the piece is flawless. Kudos to her brother, John Woods, for his work. Secondly, we’re relieved that Jordyn didn’t go with something super cliché — ya know, like “carpe diem.”
Beyond being original, the quote is also super inspiring. To be fair, though, Jordyn herself is pretty darn inspiring. After all, not many people could have handled a highly publicized cheating scandal with as much composure as she did. Speaking of which, we suspect Jordyn’s new ink is a reminder to stay on her path. Sure, things may try and derail you — ahem, Tristan Thompson — but in the end, you’ll end up exactly where you need to be.
If anyone is proof of that sentiment, it’s Jordyn. We mean, come on, have you seen what she’s been up to these past few months? Most recently, she’s been hanging out with Megan Thee Stallion — a.k.a. the boss lady who coined the term “hot girl summer.” Need we say more?
