Saved by the Bell fans, Elizabeth Berkley has a treat in store for you!
Life & Style chatted with the actress after her foxtrot on Dancing With the Stars last night, and she revealed some big news.
When asked if her castmates from the hit 90s show would be in the audience this season at some point, Elizabeth, who played Jessie Spano on the NBC series, told Life & Style, “Definitely.”
So who’s stopping by? Zack Morris, AC Slater and Kelly Kapowski!
“Mark-Paul Gosselaar. [He just had a baby] which is the only reason he hasn’t been here,” she shared. “Mario [Lopez] has been traveling and Tiffani [Thiessen] just finished working.”
She continued, “Tiffani’s going to come. She’s a great, dear friend. They’re definitely going to come. We’re figuring it out, but they can’t wait. They’ve been tweeting me every week with support and it means so much to me.”
As soon as partner Val Chmerkovskiy heard Tiffani’s name, he said, “I have a crush on Kelly Kapowski.” We already know this, Val!
Elizabeth admitted that she hasn’t heard from Lark Voohries, who played Lisa Turtle, in over four years. (FYI, there was no mention of Screech a.k.a. Dustin Diamond).
“I only wish her well,” the mom of one told Life & Style. “I’ve always loved Lark.”
While the cast may not see each other all the time, Elizabeth said it’s a connection that they’ll have forever.
“Luckily we do check in. We always have each other’s backs,” she said. “It’s a really special thing.”
On last night’s show, Val and Elizabeth scored a 25/30 for their routine. Bill Nye and his pro partner, Tyne Stecklein, were the pair sent home.
When Elizabeth’s former co-stars do show up in the DWTS audience, we hope Lark joins them — and they decide to have a Hot Sundae reunion:
