Alicia Keys Brings Son Egypt, 6, on Stage for iHeartRadio Awards Performance and It’s Too Sweet!

Yas queen! Alicia Keys took the stage at the iHeartRadio Music Awards on March 14, and her stunning performance absolutely blew us away! The 38-year-old natural beauty performed her hit songs “Raise A Man” and “You Don’t Know My Name,” and she brought a very special guest on stage to help her out with it. Her son Egypt! He even played piano while she sang her heart out, and it was the cutest thing ever. At the very end, she said, “I’m so blessed to raise a man like you, Egypt.”

Alicia looked absolutely gorgeous wearing a black, asymmetrical pantsuit on the stage. As always, her face was equally as flawless, showing off her amazing bone structure with absolutely no makeup and her hair pulled back in a colorful headwrap. Is there a single more natural beauty on this earth?

Before the big performance, Alicia had already taken the stage to accept the iHeart Innovator Award. While saying her thank-yous, she made sure to inspire her fans, as always. “I am here to just do me. We are here to just do us. … All we have to do is just love who we are,” she said. Yes girl yes! While mommy was on stage, Alicia’s little boy took a second to wave to his neighbor … Taylor Swift! How stinkin’ cute?

Alicia was certainly in good company on the big night. Among other performers were the Backstreet Boys, Ella Mai, Marshmello, Ariana Grande, Halsey, John Legend, Kacey Musgraves and Travis Barker. While every single performance was awesome, we definitely think Alicia’s was one of our faves.

While Alicia totally crushed it at the iHeartRadio Music Awards, it was nothing in comparison to the incredible show she put on as the host of the Grammy Awards in February! The “Girl on Fire” was actually the first woman to host the show in 14 years, and she did so great. Not only was her performance of a medley of her and other artists’ songs mind-blowing, but her jokes were on-point, and her monologue was one of the most memorable in recent times. Perhaps the host of the iHeartRadio Music Awards, T-Pain, even asked her for some pointers. If not, he definitely should have!
