Pretty in pink! Ashley Tisdale just chopped her locks and dyed her pink and it looks so chic.
Ashley posted a selfie showcasing her pink tresses and said, “the voices in my head made me do it,” crediting her latest single. The Disney Channel alum usually keeps her hair color somewhere from blonde to brown, but this is new for her. What’s a better way to get ready for the new year than to experiment with a new hair color, right? After all, based on her style and aesthetic, anything looks good on Ash!
According to hair extension expert Violet Teriti’s Instagram photo of Ashley, it took four people to complete the final look. One person for the hair cut, a second for the hair color, a third for the fullness, and the final person for the hairstyle. Woah, that’s a lot of time and effort, but it was so worth it! To get this color, you should rely on professionals to properly do the job, but if you’re wondering how to style it, hairstylist Justine Marjan revealed she used a “Good Hair Day brand platinum styler to get the perfect wave and texture in short hair” on the actress.
The 33-year-old has come a long way with her overall style since she first appeared in the spotlight during her The Suite Life of Zack & Cody days. Let’s not forget she was a trendsetter to outfits that included both a dress and jeans on the red carpet. The girl basically reinvented fashion, TBH.
It’s been over a decade since that era and Ashley is still killing it. We’re so here for the pink bob! And now that she’s releasing new music again, we can’t wait for her to return more to the red carpet and see what iconic trends she’ll set next.
