From appearing on The Bachelorette during JoJo Fletcher’s season to becoming a full-fledged porn star, Chad Johnson has had a wild ride in the spotlight. The Oklahoma native appeared across a slew of reality TV shows and had his fair share of drama on and offscreen. Keep reading to see what he’s up to today!
Chad made his debut on season 12 of The Bachelorette and made a splash as the house “villain.” From Evan Bass to Jordan Rodgers, “Bad Chad” seemed to rub all of the contestants the wrong way. He was eliminated during week four after a two-on-one date with Alex Woytkiw.
Four years later and Chad is in the process of moving to Las Vegas to open his own “porn palace,” he dished to Daily Mail in April 2020. “I’m tired of basically being f–ked around by Hollywood. I need money. I gotta figure out something. This is a way to take the power back,” he said at the time.
The reality stud added he’s “always had a really crazy high sex drive” and “to be able to make money off of it is f—king amazing.” He started by making soft-core porn videos with his ex-girlfriend Annalise Mishler on his OnlyFans account.
The pair have seemingly gone their separate ways — Annalise is still in Los Angeles while Chad has been house hunting in Vegas — but their relationship came with a lot of drama. The influencer shared photos of a heated dispute with Chad in February, which led to him getting booked for felony domestic violence and robbery.
Shortly after the news broke, the Ex on the Beach star posted a candid video on his Instagram. “So, me and my girlfriend broke up the other night. I was devastated. It was like losing my best friend,” he said, adding that he turned to alcohol because of how heartbroken he was. “I screwed up.”
The Celebrity Big Brother U.K. alum was then visited by the police at his San Fernando Valley home after he allegedly posted a concerning image on social media, leading some to believe the reality star was suicidal. “It was determined that they posed no threat to his [or] herself, nor to anyone else,” authorities confirmed to Life & Style at the time.
Chad was charged with six misdemeanors from his arrest — one count of corporal injury to his ex, one count of battery, one count of witness intimidation, one count of trespassing and two counts of vandalism, TMZ reported on March 9. On March 20, he was arraigned and pleaded not guilty to all of the charges.
Prior to Annalise, the Famously Single star had a brief fling with Bachelor contestant Caitlin Clemmens.
