What’s Your Secret?

The model’s enviable bikini body stems from eating a well-balanced diet. “You know, I’m a carnivore. I really like to eat meat,” Emily divulged to Elle back in 2014. “I crave iron so I am definitely not the kind of person who you will find eating a salad. I like to keep it really balanced to give my body energy and also be healthy.”

Key Advice

The brunette beauty added, “I cook a lot, so that really helps. You know how much salt and sugar and all of that kind of stuff you are putting in your body.” Not for nothing, it also saves a ton of money to make your meals at home.

Craving Something Sweet?

That’s not to say that she doesn’t loosen up now and then. “I think it’s good to indulge occasionally,” she admitted. “I wouldn’t say I am the type of girl who craves Doritos but I definitely love a good cupcake sometimes. You know what I mean? Or a croissant in the morning. I think it is like really important to give yourself a break. And also just really think about where things are coming from, what kind of ingredients are going into your body.” It’s clearly working for you, girl!
