Get it, girl. Just 10 months after Joy-Anna Duggar gave birth to her son, Gideon, the Counting On star, 21, has revealed that she’s back down to her wedding weight. Say what?! On Jan. 15, the slimmed down mama posted a video to Instagram explaining her current diet and fitness plan.

“Excited to share about this! It’s been [so] helpful for me. My health coach has lost 47 [pounds] in 15 weeks and her husband has lost 40 [pounds] in just [nine] weeks!! If you’re ready to start or just have questions please email me your phone number and we’d love to talk with you! You can email me at: Joyannaf17@gmail.com,” she captioned the video.

“I lost all my baby weight within the first week of doing the program and now I’m really happy because I got below my wedding weight,” Joy-Anna expressed in the clip. “Before my wedding I worked so hard to get there.” While the reality star didn’t get into too many specifics about the exact plan she’s using, she did reveal a few of the highlights.

“It’s such an easy program to follow and very little meal prep, which is super helpful for me and our schedule,” she said. “The cost is comparable or even less than most people are spending on their food budget already.” Joy-Anna also noted that she’s working with a “free personal health coach.” Hmmm, sounds pretty awesome, if you ask us.

Of course, many of Joy-Anna’s followers flocked to the post to share their praise and encouragement. “You looked amazing! Congratulations!” one user commented. “I want the secret, please! You look fab,” added another. Agreed and agreed. Here’s hoping that Joy-Anna is willing to cough up some more deets in the future. We want the secret, too!
