David Koma designed the 30-year-old’s dress. Before the show started, the Nashville resident took home an award, which was voted by people on social media. Kacey and former One Direction band member Harry Styles won Best Cover Song for their performance of Shania Twain’s “You’re Still the One.” In June 2018, Kacey and Harry, 25, sang the hit tune together while the U.K. native performed at Madison Square Garden. Immediately, the duet went viral.

Unfortunately, the handsome hunk couldn’t celebrate with the Grammy winner, but he did send her a video. “Kacey, we won Best Cover Song for the iHeart Awards. Congratulations, thanks for singing Shania Twain with me,” he said while he got his nails done.

It’s no surprise that the brunette beauty has a sense of style. At the Grammy Awards in February, the country crooner wore an all-pink dress that gave everyone major princess vibes, and she couldn’t help but talk about her outfit. “It’s an honor to get to wear this dress,” she told Ryan Seacrest on the red carpet about her Giambattista couture gown. “It’s like, ‘Make way for the dress!’ I need about 10 feet.”

The songwriter has had quite the year — she took home four Grammys this year for Album of the Year, Best Country Solo Performance, Best Country Song, and Best Country Album. “It was unbelievable to be even in a category with such gigantic albums … it’s really crazy,” she said during her acceptance speech. “But I’m very thankful. Life is pretty tumultuous right now for all of us. I feel like, because of that, art is really thriving, and it’s been really beautiful to see that. I would have nothing without songs. To me, it’s just all about the songs.”

We can’t wait to see what you’re going to wear next, Kacey!
