Katherine posted a photo on Instagram on the same day that showed her and her crew hiking. The group was all smiles in the cute selfie. A source exclusively told Life & Style that the blogger and her husband-to-be, 39, are working hard to get in the best shape for their big day. “Chris is used to putting in the work for his major action movies like Jurassic World and Avengers and he’s making that same kind of commitment to his wedding day,” the insider said.

“He loves his food and it’s easy for him to get on the pudgy side if he’s not careful so he’s been hitting the gym every day and has cleared all junk food out of the house in favor of healthy meals,” the source continued.

They divulged, “Chris knows Katherine is going to be a beautiful bride and he wants to look the best he ever has done when he’s on her arm.
