If you know Khloé Kardashian, you know she’s constantly working out! Whether she’s Snapchatting her workouts alongside beau Tristan Thompson or taking sexy selfies showing off her transformation, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is clearly dedicated to working on her fitness.

Besides working alongside Don, who you’ve most definitely seen kicking her butt on Snapchat, the 33-year-old also works with celeb trainer Gunnar Peterson, who’s made appearances on Khlo’s show Revenge Body. He’s opened up about some tips and tricks he uses to help the blonde beauty stay in the best shape.

“We keep her mind challenged and her body guessing, and the focus is on building strength,” he told Women’s Health in 2015. “There’s just enough interval work (sled pushes, battle ropes, rower sprints, med-ball slams) to keep her heart rate as high as her royalty checks.”

Though the Strong Looks Better Naked author has clearly gone through a physical metamorphosis, she revealed that the impetus for her lifestyle change was more of a mental one than a physical one. While talking to Health magazine in 2016 she talked about her transition into focusing on fitness.

“I was going through my divorce, and I just really needed an outlet,” she said of her divorce from Lamar Odom. “So I joined Equinox, and I would go there and put my headphones on and get on the elliptical or the stairs, and no one would bother me or ask me questions…I escaped there, and as a by-product, I started losing weight.”
