Lauren Burnham and Arie Luyendyk Jr.'s Cutest Family Photos

When it comes to adorable Bachelor Nation families, Lauren Burnham, Arie Luyendyk Jr. and their daughter, Alessi Ren, 100 percent come to mind! Since welcoming baby No. 1 in May 2019, the ABC personalities are constantly sharing sweet photos on social media, including a heartwarming announcement in December 2020 that the lovebirds are expecting twins come July 2021!

“It’s hard to know what to say right now,” Lauren captioned a photo of Alessi wearing a “big sister” T-shirt. “I’ve been crying on and off for the past three months … right now is no different. So, so grateful.” Additionally, the Virginia native added a rainbow emoji to her post in honor of the child they lost when Lauren suffered a miscarriage in May 2020.

“We made so many plans. We bought a new house with more space; we planned how we wanted to tell you all and we envisioned our future with Alessi’s little brother or sister,” Arie and Lauren explained in YouTube video discussing the miscarriage. “We were planning to share our journey through pregnancy with you, but unfortunately, we didn’t get the happy story we had hoped for.”

“It’s been a roller coaster of emotions going from scared at first a little bit because it was so soon, then happy, then stress and worry for weeks on end, and then obviously today was the bad news,” the season 22 Bachelor added. “It’s consumed our thoughts for the last month. It’s been hard holding this back from everybody.”

Thankfully, Lauren, Arie Jr. and Alessi have come a long way as a family since then. In January 2021, the adorable trio had a photo shoot to reveal the sex of their twins. “Alessi is getting a baby BROTHER and a baby SISTER,” Lauren gushed at the time. “We couldn’t be more excited!” For Arie Jr.’s part, he wrote, “BOY! GIRL! How did we get so lucky @laurenluyendyk?!”

Later, in April 2021, Arie Jr. hosted a surprise baby shower for Lauren at their stunning Scottsdale, Arizona, home. “I got her good!” the former leading man laughed in a video.
