Prince William and Kate Middleton Will Finally Meet Baby Archie in a ‘Couple of Days’
Auntie and uncle are on their way! Prince William and his wife, Kate Middleton, are set to meet Prince Harry and Meghan Markle‘s new royal baby, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, very soon and we can’t wait to see the Cambridges with the newest boy in the bloodline.
“They’re set to meet him over the next couple of days,” an insider told Life & Style exclusively. “William and Kate and Charles and Camilla have been busy with royal engagements.”
But just because the duke and duchess haven’t met little Arch yet doesn’t mean they’re totally in the dark about their new nephew. “They’ve all spoken to Meghan and Harry on the phone and Harry’s sent them photos of Archie,” the insider revealed.
Meg’s mom Doria Ragland and Queen Elizabeth herself have already met the new addition to the royal family and everyone seems absolutely thrilled with him — as to be expected with such an angelic little baby. So once Wills, 36, and Kate, 37, get a chance to meet him, everyone in the immediately family will have had a chance to get to know him a bit.
After the 37-year-old new mama went a week past her due date, Archie was born on May 6. The Sussexes announced his arrival on their official Instagram page. “The Duchess and baby are both healthy and well, and the couple thank members of the public for their shared excitement and support during this very special time in their lives,” read the post.
Two days later on May 8, the first photos of Meg and Harry, 34, with sweet baby Archie, who looks quite a lot like his mama when she was a baby. The royal couple also announced his name the same day and fans of Riverdale collectively celebrated at the use of the moniker.
Bring on the pics of Archie with his aunt and uncle — we need to see the impending cuddle sesh!
